Terms of Service

Whip Studio is a pre-viz tool. You upload a photo, our AI renders variations of it, and you decide what to do with the results. You can use the renders for personal or commercial inspiration; you can't resell the renders themselves as standalone artworks.

You own your uploads and your projects. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so (it's your photo, or you have permission). Don't upload other people's photos without permission, and don't upload content that violates any laws — including illegal content, harassment, or anything involving minors.

The Whip Studio brand, code, catalogs, and AI orchestration are ours. Don't scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product without explicit permission.

Free tier is free. Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to free. No refunds for partial months.

The renders are AI-generated. They look real but aren't. Don't treat a render as a guarantee of how a real wrap or wheel will look on your vehicle. We don't guarantee availability or pricing of any third-party product surfaced in the BOM panel — verify with the vendor before purchasing.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime by emailing hi@itsmanmade.studio.

The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for losses arising from use of the renders, the BOM, or the service generally. If a court ever holds us liable, total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

We'll post material changes to this page. Continued use means you accept the current version.
